Our Refund Policy

If you have paid for a subscription on the mytrees.com site and you have not used the subscription, you can send us an email or call us within 60 days of your payment for a full refund. The date of your last access to your account is logged by our system so we can easily tell the time at which you last used your account.

If you have paid for a subscription on the mytrees.com site and you want to reduce the length of your subscription you can email or call us within 60 days of your payment for a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined by subtracting the fee for the subscription length you want or you have used from the fee you paid. For instance if you paid $45 for 3 months of service and you wanted to reduce that to a month of service then your refund would be $25. (Calculated $45 paid minus $20, the fee amount for one month.)

If you have paid for a subscription on the mytrees.com site and after a few minutes you decide the service is not what you expected and if you email us or call us immediately you will receive a full refund. Once again our system can see when you paid and if you have used the subscription. When you call or email we may ask for some feedback in case the information you are seeking is on the site but you were unable to find it due to an incomplete or faulty search.
