Dear MyTrees.com
I wanted to let you know that, thanks to you, I have a new cousin that I
never knew existed. My cousin's father was my father's first cousin, but
that branch of the family was never close, and they had lost touch as
we were growing up.
My cousin found her father's grandparents names on the database I uploaded
to you a year or two ago and wrote to me earlier this week asking if her
grandfather could possibly be my great-uncle Charles. Once we discovered
that both men had owned a plumbing store in the Lower East Side of Manhattan,
there was no doubt that they were the same people!
Time scattered our family, one of the wonders of the Net is the way it can
bring scattered families together. I thank you for this small miracle.
Yours,
Cory Panshin
