- Through Sept. 30, 2001: Growing Your Family Tree: Sources of Family History. This is a special exhibit at the Connecticut Valley Historical Museum in Springfield Massachusetts. It features a large collection of records from the museum's archives and will guide the beginning genealogist through the basic research process. - 7 Aug-4 Oct 2001: Sea Trek 2001: Saints on the Seas is a celebration and re-creation of the historic migration of Mormon converts from Europe to the United States 150 years ago. The voyage is scheduled to set sail from Denmark in August, visit major port cities in Sweden, Norway, Germany and England and arrive in New York in October.
