Here is why I issue a Help Call on WEB My vital objective is to discover my familial roots lost in POLAND. I'd like to find the direct descendants of my WAWRZASZEK Family and the descendants by alliances in the POLAND and the WORLD.
If the links are confirmed, we will be very happy to exchange news and to keep up familial relations. Also, to erect a genealogical tree useful at all, very important for our children. However, I not understand the Polish-language, that my mother-
family speak fluently in North-France Me, in South-France, I utilize the English read and written, not spoken because of practice failed me. SEARCHING POLISH LINKS in the U.S.A , CANADA and POLAND FROM FRANCE BY I
NTERNET surnames WAWRZASZEK - SZAFRAN - PALKA - MILS - SKWERES by Daniel Bernard WAWRZASZEK SZAFRAN. I was born 26 November 1951 in Maresches, in the north of FRANCE and now I live in the south of FRANCE, beside the Mediterranean Sea in the medi
eval village Cournonterral, close to Montpellier, the regional capital of Languedoc-Roussillon. My father, Franz WAWRZASZEK, emigrated from Poland and became a naturalized citizen of France. He was born 5 September 1926 in a little hamlet, Kolonia
Polska, in county of Lezajsk, in Voivodie of Rzeszow in Podkarpackie - POLAND / GALICIA . He died in July 1969. My paternal grandparents were Joseph WAWRZASZEK and Victoria MILS, who lived in Kolonia Polska. When he was 14, my father was kidnapped b
y the Nazi occupation and forced to do hard labor in German farms. After World War II ended in 1945, he was evacuated to France, where he was reunited with his older brother Janek and sister-in-law Stanislawa, who had already expatriated themselves
and were living in the north of France. Uncle Jean died without issue and his widow, Aunt Stanislawa, married a carpenter, Albert THOMAS. They became the parents of my two cousins Michel and Annick THOMAS-WAWRZASZEK. My father Franz visited the Pol
ish community of North Coald- field, where he met my mother Emilia SZAFRAN, who was born 21 April 1933 in Valenciennes. Her parents were Wladislas SZAFRAN, born 22 June 1902 in Jaworzno, and Agneska PALKA, born 2 April 1901 in Byczyna, near Katowi
ce. My maternal grandparents were coal miners and came to France at the time of the Great Polish Immigration of 1921-1938. Thus my own family was created and five descendants were born myself, Daniel Bernard the oldest, Richard, Agnès, Françoise,
and Jean François. Uncle Janek, aunt Stanislava, and my father Franz all died during our childhood. They had not revealed anything to us about our genealogy or the likelihood of finding others members of our WAWRZASZEK and allied families in Pola
nd or anywhere in the world. I believed that except for the French WAWRZASZEK, our family was very restricted. However, thanks to searches on the Internet, I have been happy to learn that, on the contrary, we are more numerous than I had hoped. Ef
fectively, on Sites of USA, CANADA an POLAND appear the nameprint WAWRZASZEK. So, I ask members of WAWRZASZEK Diaspora to contact me tell the stories of their historical routes,in my E.mail wawrzaszek.daniel@wanadoo.fr I will gather the
results and send copies of the conclusions to each one. I await your e-mail responses with the greatest anticipation and send all WAWRZASZEK and their families my most cordial greetings. Here is my direct family Joseph W
