Research Interest: Hartwell B. Walker is my ggg grandfather, born 1823/24 in Izard County, Arkansas. I'm guessing his ancestors migrated from England/Scotland to the Carolinas, to Tennesee to Arkansas. Who were his parents? Hartwell shows married to Elizabeth (Grey) on 1850 Izard County census. She and infant child Barbary DO NOT appear ten years later on 1860 census. Records do not indicate that they died. What happened to Elizabeth and Barbary?
