Research Interest: Augustus Walbus was my grandfather, born in Denmark in 1852. parents name unknown. Had two sisters, one named Amelia. Records searches so far in Denmark, does not reveal any such name. Records here in U. S. indicates a Julius Walbus in census came from Prussia, no known relation. He changed his name in 1870s in US to John Anderson.
