Her father was Josephus Vaugh Her mother, Mary possibly Emaline, Emiline, Evaline middle name Frazier was full blooded Indian, and died when P ermelia was an infant. Permelia had sister's named Snow and Tildie possibly Matilda and many other siblings. Amelia married William Will Wyatt Street had 13 children.
