Research Interest: I'm on a hunt for him. He supposedly died in Longswamp Florida in 1869, but the family story is he came back after his first wife had remarried. He then is said to hae went to Rabun Gap Georgia area. I can't find him, and I've been trying since 1977. Eve n the internet is no help. Any help would be appreciated. A lot of his decendents moved to Texas, so he may have been there at one time.
