My paternal great-great-grandfatner's name was Daniel (Dan) Taylor. He was a Black-American born in Tennessee. He died in Choctaw Corner, Clarke County, Alabama. Dan had a son name Nelson Thylorborn about 1830 in Tennessee. Nelson Taylor married Cynthia
Allen on January 11, 1868 at the residence of John T, Sanders in Clarke County, Alabama. The children of Nelson Taylor and Cynbthia Allen are: Henry, Johnson, Young B., Dewitt, Mary, Charlie, Jona, Coe, Waverly, and Willie.
