Research Interest: Looking for information on Creed Samuel Taylor. He was my ggrandfather. Was b. Dec 14, 1830 in what is now Liberty County Texas. Moved to Ripley, Brown County, Illionis some time before 1850. He is on the 1850 Brown County census. He married Mary Ann Cl ark Taylor in 1849/1850 in Brown County. He moved to Iowa, Green County and is on the 1856 census there. I am searching for his parents who I believe came to TX from Alabama. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Sam Taylor
