Charles Edward Taylor and his wife, Charlotte Garnier Taylor appear on the 1850 and 1860 Burling ton County census. They had 3 daughters, Maria, Gertrude, and Abigail. After 1860, they had 2 sons Fermin Garnier, and Benjamin Franklin Taylor. I hav
e lost them in the 1870 census but believe they were still in the area, as Charlotte Garnier Taylor is buried in the Harleigh Cemetary in Camden
