Research Interest: Looking for family of Alexander Rattray born in Stirling to James Rattray and Isabella Aiken. Alexander married Margaret Stevenson February 27, 1853. Their children were James b. 1854, Robert b. 1855, Margaret b. 1856 and twins Alexander and John b. 1858. Family members were coal miners and moved to Wishaw, Lanark. My family is descended from Robert b. 1855 and his line of the family immigrated to Ontario, Canada around 1913. Would like to exchange family information.
