Looking for info on my great-grandfather Thomas John Paquette born 14 DEC 1876 somewhere in Canada and died in 1969 in Los Molinos, Tehama CA. All I know is that he was married in 1899 in Michigan to Minnie VanMeter and they raised 7 children in Wayne C
ounty MI. Wyandotte or Dearborn/Ecorse area. According to 1930 census in Michigan they were divorced. Minnie had a big family. Her parents were Winfield Scott VanMeter and Nancy Jambo or Jumbo/Jambeau who claimed to be Shawnee Indian Chief Tecumseh'
s grandaughter. Need verification only source is from family oral history When Minnie died in March of 1966 in Ojai, Ventura CA she had the surname Spinner. Need to find out who she remarried. Than you. Margaret Ann Paquette
