Research Interest: My grandmother, Pessie Lea Papa Weiss, arrived in this country with her husband, Borech/David and infant daughter, Feige/Fannie my mother from Iasi, Romania in November 1898. Her older daughter, Rose, arrived a year later. I have not been able to fin d any information about the Papa family beyond the fact that my grandmother had a twin sister who married a man named Moskowitz and lived in New York State. I am looking for family history and connections.
