Research Interest: JJ Sr. was my grandfather, immigrated from Scotland, would like to know from where in Scotland and what port he immigrated into. Think it was a Scottish port and perhaps Galveston Island, he was a seaman, as wes his father and older brother who were los t at sea while delivering a boat from the shipyards in Glasglow, the reason my grandfather went to sea was an attempt to find them. He later brought his Mother, Mary Murphy Paisley and another brother, who's name I haven't a record of, to the USA.
