Charles-Michel Langlade's parents were Augustin Mouet and
Domitilde (Lafourche??) who were married in about 1726 in
Michilimakinac. Charles-Michel married a women who is identified
as "Outaouaise" which may mean she was born in Ottawa-Hull.
Their marriage was in about 1750. I'd like to know where
they lived and where they were married and why he changed
his name etc. I believe he may have been living in St.Pierre
and Miquelon where there is an area there called Langlade.
So at Charles-Michel my Mouet line ends and my Langlade line
begins.
