William Stickley Land b.VA 1841, entered Eleventh VA Infantry July 5,1861 from Lynchburg,VA. Married to Anna Amelia Nash b.1847 and produced seven children. Mary b.1872,Milton b.1874, William b.1876, Katie b.1878, Babe b.1880, Charles Hendix b.1884, nam
e unkown b. 1886. They moved to Brunswick MO after war and then to St. Louis where Anna died and children were orphened while William was placed in Confederate Home in Higginsville MO.
