Research Interest: Ludwig and Anna Kakoschka came from Russia to the U.S. at the end of 1899. They came with other settlers from Neu-Werschnitza,U.S.S.R. They first settled in Rush township,Centre County ,Pennsylvania. Soon the group found work in the coal mines near Mu nson,Pennsylvania. Eventually they moved to Auburn,Bay county , Michigan. Ludwig's father's name was Heinrich KaKoschka. If anyone out there has any information on the KaKoschka family, please contact me. Thanks
