Research Interest: Benjamin Jameson came to America about 1747 from Scotland. His father was John Jameson and his mother was Becky or Betsy Young. He was married to Jane Campbell. Benjamin and Jane's children were John, Jane, George, Samuel, Henry, Anne, Agnes, and Robert W. Jane and Agnes married Farnsworth brothers. The family was found in Blount County, Greene County, Tennessee, also was once Greene County NC, Christian County KY, McMinn County TN, then on to Missouri and Webster, Dallas Counties.
