Research Interest: I believe they came from Boconnoc estate in Cornwall. JOHN JAMES and LAURA MARTIN were probably married around l886. and came to the United States in around l889 or 90. They settled in Iowa and died in Logan, Iowa. One daughter was born to them in Eng land, Beatrice James about 1888.
