Research Interest: Alpha Mae Hancock is my father's grandmother born 1892, d.1973. She married Ralph Mires. We are told that her fathers name was Elda, but I wonder if this was a nickname and mothers name Mary. Her siblings were Lela Ruth, Leva Ellen, Lewis Owen.
