Research Interest: Wharton Hall homesteaded in Minnesota in 1853. His wife was Louisa possibly Renslow. Census reports indicate that they were from Vermont. There are no death certificates for either Louisa or Wharton. No obit for Wharton. Children were Martin served in Civil War , Mary, Martha, Ellen and Leonard. Martin moved to Michigan per 1990 Civil War Veterans index. Would like to know where Wharton came from and his ancestry. Also descendants of this family line.
