I am searching for Parents of My Grandfather W H. HALCUMB b- 1870 Perry Co Arkansas. He had two Half-brothers Jasper RAGSDALE 1857 and Robert WILLIAMS 1865. He was also raised by a Mr. DAHL so his mother had to be involved with RAGSDALE, WILLIAMS, HAL
CUMB, DAHL. NO marriage records found, unable to find him on a census or soundex. Any help would be appreciated. darlene@adweb.net
