Research Interest: I am researching the family with the spelling FANNAN, Residing in Jasper Co. Mo., also Greene Co. Mo., Paola, Hillsdale Kansas, possibly Arkansas in the early 1800's, ROBERT LEE FANNAN is my grandfather, WILLIAM JAMES FANNAN is my great-grandfather, d o not know who his parents were or where the may have resided. Robert Lee had 12 children, he married BESSE BELL RUSH. I have very little information on BESSE BELL RUSH, her second marriage was to Henry Hartwell Settles, in Jasper Co. Mo. I found a JA MES, JOSEPHINE RUSH in the 1900 census for Jasper County. Any information would be appreciated, I will share what I have on the FANNAN linage. Thank you, Mary
