Research Interest: FANN or FENN Jesse is believed to be a bastard son of Judith Fann and Edward Allgood. He was born about 1735 in Richmond Co, VA. His presumed brother, Willoughby, was born in 1730 and is included in the North Farnham Parish Register as a son of Judith Fann. The register had faded and fallen apart before it was copied therefore, many names were lost. Jesse and Willoughby migrated together through southern VA and to Bute Warren Co, NC where Willoughby died. I believe they were brothers but can't find proof. Alt possible location to search GA.
