James Dillard was born 1828, his wife Sophronia in 1827. Our only hint at her parents is a burial permit that lists her father as Jacob Dillard. This is probably not correct. We have no hints as to James parentage. Most of their children were bor
n in Pa, then they moved to Wayne Co Oh, raised their family there died there. James death was a possible suicide at the age of 54.
