Research Interest: I believe the Diems immigrated to Kansas from south-central to southeastern PA, but have not been able to find conclusive proof of this Helena d. 1954 married Thomas Winfield Askey in Lincon County, KS in 1894. She was the d/o Frederick Friedrich and Elizabeth Lopshire Diem. I have been told Frederick was s/o John H. and Catherine Trego Diem, but have not been able to found conclusive proof this is indeed his line of descent. John was supposedly the s/o of Kennedy Diem and Esther Can anyo ne help fill in some of the blanks Thank you.
