My 2nd great grandfather was David Deer, born in England or Scotland on or before Mar 24 1822, the day of his christening. He married Harriet Smith of England in about 1850. In 1857, they sailed from Suffolk County, England, to Canada and settled in Pro
ton, Ontario. Between 1860 and 1870 they went to Collingwood, Ontario. Both are buried at the Collingwood Presbyterian Cemetery, Ontario, Canada. I am interested in finding their parents and siblings. Thank you for your assistance. Myrna McGh
