William Lee Davis, my grandfather, was born in either Arkansas or Missouri. He married Minnie Lee Fletcher in 1884 in Atkins, Pope Co, Ark They moved to Texas in about 1889 since they had one child born in 1888 in Arkansas. His mother and father
were dead and he had one brother who died when he was about twelve years old. I know nothing more.
