Research Interest: I am searching for the birth father of my eldest half brother. My mother claimed to have been married to William Eugene Davidson, who was in the armed forces at the time. We have no documentation of the marriage. According to a note found in my Grand mother's belongings, he was supposed to have died in Italy some time around June of 1949. I do not know where he was born or lived but my family lived in Hannibal, Missouri and at the time we also had family in Boone, Iowa.
