Research Interest: Kathleen (aka Kate) DALY gave birth to my mother in the Womens' Hospital Carlton, Victoria, Australia on the 2nd November 1912. She called the baby Beatrice Mary. Beatrice Mary was subsequently adopted out in 1913 to William & Annie STEVENS in West Melbourne. Kathleen (aka Kate) DALY was supposedly born in Gympie Queensland, Australia in 1889/1890. She was Roman Catholic. She may have married a Mr VAN (RYAN) or similar and may have gone to South Africa shortly after WW1. Searching for info & descendants of Kathleen DALY. P.S.
