I have researched my greatgrandfather Marcus L.D. Crews to his father John D. Crews and his mother Elizabeth to the 1860 Census in Coffee County Alabama. According to the 1860 Census, both John and Elizabeth were born in Georgia, but I have been unable
to find any information about them. I can locate an Elizabeth Cruse in the Crews Cemetary in Samson AL, but cannot locate any cemetary info for John D.
