William Junkins Cowgill was born in OH, birthdate unknown. He married Laura Ann Wallace in 1826 in Vigo County, IN. Their children were Joseph, George, Phena Roxana, Mary Almedia, Laura Elvira, Martha, Malinda and Arabella. They moved to LaSalle or Li
vingston County, IL in about 1845. William was a blacksmith and had his own shop. He died of a heat stroke in his blacksmith shop in a now nonexistant town called Bissores, IL or IN. Laura died in 1868 in Eagle Twp., LaSalle Co., IL and is buried the
re. I have no information on the parents of either, or any dates for William's birth or death. Can anyone help?
