I am looking for any information on Rosabelle Clinger born 18 Mar 1909 to David Edwin Clinger b 1868 Wyandot Co, Ohio d 23 Aug 1913 and Harriet Edwina Wein b 31 Jan 1881 d 23 Aug 1913 one brother Ira Virgil Clinger b 1 May 1901 d 12 Sept 1986 Her
parents were both killed in 1913, she was 4 years old, so it is possible she took on the last name of her foster family. I appreciate any help Thank you, Carri
