Research Interest: James, Maurice, Fanny, Richard and Worthy were e of several children of Robert and Eliza Neate Clark, all of whom emigrated from Malmesbury, Wiltshire, England to Cleveland, OH, between 1847 and 1859. Maurice was the first business partner of John D. Roc kefeller, and James, Richard and Worthy were also partners with Rockefeller in the 1860s. Fanny is my g-g-grandmother, who was married to Henry Payne, also a Rockefeller business partner. Worthy Clark had an oil business of his own, as well. He lived par t of his life in Chardon, Geauga Co., OH.
