Research Interest: He often went by H.W. Childs or Wesley Childs. He was my 2great grandfather. He was born in New York and married Arminda Webb in Berrien County, MI in March of 1858. They had moved toAllegan County, Michigan by 1868 and then moved to Newaygo County, Michigan abt. 1875. He remarried a woman named Sarah Mitchell in 1879. I have been unable to locate them after the 1880 Newaygo County, Michgian Census.
