My research interest truly lies with all Chester's of the Cape May Co., Cumberland Co., and South-Eastern Pennsylvania area. My mother was a Chester, and her father's family was from Cape May. I have been successful up entil this time to trace the Ches
ter line back to Joseph Chester b. mid 18th Century , who married Mary Riggins in 1773 I do believe . I have not been able to go further than that, but I have been successful in tracing many of the branches through New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I
seek anyone doing the same research, or anyone who can plug into this family so that we may share information and learn from each other. Though my tree is growing, I am noticing some consistent holes, and I would like as much of them closed as possible.
