William George Carter was my biological father. I was adopted @ birth in '39. I located my bio-mom yr. before last which resulted in me learning of cancer in the family & expedited my med. exam. I already had a Stage II cancer! I am a surviver, but c
ame VERY close to dying!
WGC & my bio-mom were divorced in the mid-to-late 40's. WGC lived MANY places, incl.Florida, Calif., etc., etc. He was a telegrapher, a wanna be writer. With my computer search, I believe I have found reference to his death in ALTON, IL, Nov. 1978.
