Mary Carr was the daughter of Captain Carr. She was married to Mr. McEwen and had a large family. Some of the children were James, Robert, Bessie, Susan, Ellen, Ann, who emigrated to Ontario, approx.1843 from Ballina, Cty Mayo, Ireland. Mary s sister
