Research Interest: This is my GGrandfather, b. Ayershire, Scotland 1845, immigrated , married Margaret Wilson, Pittston, Pa. area 1871, had Jannet Janette ,Ann, Robert, William, Alexander, James, Margaret, George, and Stella. The Carlyle's moved to Tx.first to Palo Pinto Co. in the old town called Coalville. That town no longer exists, it is now Gordon. They moved further south to Thurber, and Erath Co. Moving fromPa. with them was Thomas Agnes Wilson Parker, Margaret's oldest sister, and her husband. They all lived o n the Thurber Property in the 1880 census of Erath Co. William died in 1904 in Thurber, and Margaret died in Terrell in 1914. Both are buried in the old Davidson Cem. If you have any info on this family I would share what I have. Thank You. Norene
