I am trying to determine when and where Eloi died. He appeared in the census of 1850, but I cannot find him or his wife, Angelique Julie Girouard, after that date. She died June 21, 1882 in Cameron Parish. They were married on May 3, 1814. Eloi was bor
n about 1794 in St. Martinville, Louisiana.
