Research Interest: I am searching for any information on Johana Maria Fredricka BRANDENBURG born in Germany in 1858. She came to the US with her family in 1864 and perhaps settled with her parents and siblings in Scott County Iowa, city unknown. We do know thtat she marr ied Anton KREUCHER in 1873 and lived in Clinton Iowa until her death. She is buried in Clinton in St Boniface Cemetery. She is my Great Grandmother. She may have had sisters named Katherine, Maria, Dorothea, and a brother named Christian. Katherine, we believe married a constable in Iowa named HENDERSON or HENDRICKSON.
