Research Interest: Looking for any records of death on the BRACKEN family of Christopher and wife, Bridget Bracken whom lived in Lewis County, Lewistown, Missouri. They are my gggrandparents. All I know is that they were from Ireland, came to America and lived in Lewis town, Missouri. From the 1870 census of Highland Township, Lewis County, Lewistown. Missouri it lists. Christopher b-1827, Ireland. Wife- Bridget Christopher came to America in 1859. He returned to Ireland and married Bridget. They had 4 children J ohn b-25 Aug 1859, Missouri, baptised on 5 Jan 1863 from St. Joseph's Church, Edina, Missouri William b-27 July 1861 Missouri Christopher b- 10 Oct 1863 Canada and Mary Jane b-27 June 1866, Canada. I have no idea where the births were born in Canad a. It was tho't they were born in Lewistown, Missouri until I saw it on the census. But I have never found a death of either Christopher or Bridget in Lewistown, Missouri. Where do I look next for their deaths. Any help or suggestions would be of i nterest to me.
