Research Interest: Looking for parents of John Saunders Boyd born in Wilkes County, NC around 1886. He married Mary Vetral Walker around 1908. They had 5 children. One daughter, Ruth Alene Boyd Hayes is my mother-in-law. She pased away 2 years ago. We have no inform ation on her grandparents, other than they resided in the Newcastle Township in Wilkes County, NC. Her father died young about 38 .
