Research Interest: Have info on my BIXLER from 1792-Present 1999. Starting Pennsylvania with Jacob B. BIXLER who moved to Amite County Mississippi @1811. His son John Barclay BIXLER Born-1819 in Amite Co. Miss. eventualy after living in East Baton Rouge Paris h moved in 1867 to Bossier Parish Louisiana town of Plain Dealing. He had a son Thomas Benton BIXLER born 1854 and lived in Plain Dealing. His son Robert Schumpert BIXLER 1897-1961 was my Grandfather. Would like to contact other BIXLER re searchers who may be from Mississippi. Thanks, Kay
