Research Interest: I am researching my great, great grandfather, John Birmingham. His daughter was Bridget Birmingham, born 1848 in Co. Cork, Ireland. She came to the U.S. some time before 1884, where she married John Quinlan. They settled in Putnam Co., Ohio in the Contin ental-Kalida area. I've found a John Birmingham and other Birminghams/Berminghams in Griffiths Valuation Index living in the Fermoy area of Co. Cork. One of these seems to have a version of my name, Honora. Any information on John Birmingham in particula r or the Co. Cork Birminghams in general would be greatly appreciated.
