Research Interest: I know that Charles married my great Grandmother Cora A. Billings in Ashtabula, Ohio and then moved to Toledo,Lucas County, Ohio. I've been told that he was born in Rome, New York. What I don't know is who his parents were, where they came from, if he ha d sibblings and where they all lived. Did they also move to Toledo Or Michigan where some other family members lived I just can't seem to find any info on Charles. I was told that he died in Toledo in 1911 but I have no proof. I have 2 birth years for h im 1845 and 1856. Since his wife was born in 1865, the 1856 birth year for him seems more likely but not an absolute since we've had more than a few women in the family marry much older men.
