Research Interest: Wm Beasley was listed in the 1850 Morgan Co. IL census as being married to May (Mary Deatherage) with three children: Delena, Martha and Franklin. He married Mary Jane (Morton) Miner, Cox, in 1856. They had three children: James Buchanan, Louisa, and Martin Luther. After William's death, she married John Henry Buck. William was a farmer, age 32 at the time of the 1850 census. I think his birthdate must have been @ 1818. Place of birth was listed as SC. I am interested in finding out about Williams line in SC, also what happened to his marriage to Mary Deatherage and what happened to their children.
