Research Interest: John is my ggrandfather.He was a miner and he migrated to Australia before 1878. His father is William and his mother is Mary Ann Bartlett. I have found a Bawden family in the 1871 Cornwall census and a similar family in Familysearch only John and his si ster Mary is missing from that record because they are listed separately because it has their mother's name just as Mary Ann. I would like to know how I can tell if I have the right family as there is also another William and Mary Ann Bartlett listed in a marriage at Penzance.I would appreciate any help at all.
