Research Interest: Samuel Barrett, aged 26 in 1877, was killed in a mining accident in Virginia City, Nevada. His obituary in the Territorial Enterprise Newspaper indicated that he was a native of Cornwall. It was also stated that he had two brothers Richard and Michael who lived in Virginia City at the time of his death. The brothers disappeared from Virginia City to go mining in some other locale which remains unknown. We subsequently learned that he had other brothers including a twin brother named Joseph. Am look ing for where they settled
